Based on the number of days you are planning to spend on a trek, here are the items you must carry along so that your trek has all the necessary items along for a better and safe trip.
Here are the items you must carry for a 1 day hike.
Head
- Warm cap to protect yourself from heat loss from head and keep head warm.
- Wide brim hat or cap to protect yourself from direct sunlight with high UV rays on face.
- A sunscreen lotion (preferably SPF 40) for protection against high intensity UV rays.
- Sunglasses to avoid direct contact of high intensity UV rays with eyes.
- A lip balm to protect yourself from high intensity UV rays.
Upper body
- 1 long sleeved shirt or T-shirt for staying warmer and full protection against winds.
- 1 half sleeved T-shirt to allow ventilation on warmer days.
- 1 technical waterproof jacket to protect against rain.
- 1 fleece jacket to add as an additional warm layer of clothing.
- 1 light pair of gloves to avoid direct contact with cold air and avoid chilblain.
Lower body
- 1 pair of undergarments to change them in case you get wet while crossing a river stream.
- 1 trekking trouser (preferably a convertible to allow ventilation on a warm day trek)
- Waterproof trousers to protect yourself from getting wet while crossing a river stream, having to trek in rain.
- 1 pair of hiking boots so that you have additional grip and comfort that is provided by hiking boots.
- 1 pair of light socks to meet hygiene conditions and to change in case it gets wet while crossing a water stream, trekking in rain etc.
Accessories
- Day pack 30-40 litres
- Trekking pole (preferably foldable so that you can keep it in or out with your sack)
- Water bottle
- Multipurpose knife
- Head lamp just in case it gets dark while returning or you have to camp in an emergency.
- Camera with chargeable batteries and empty SD card
- A first aid kit
- A notepad and pencil to make notes and record the observations.
Something to eat
- Dry snacks
- Fruits (carry them in a tiffin box of a plastic zipper)

You will be provided with all camp living facilities such as, Tents, Sleeping bags, carry mats, Toilet tents, Dining tent.
Where ever applicable you will be issues climbing technical gear as well.
You will be guided and led by highly experienced and professional mountaineering instructors who have trained and led thousands of mountaineering enthusiasts.

Yes you can come even if you are a beginner. You will be guided, supervised, assisted by mountaineering instructors who have trained thousands of young and old age individuals successfully.

All safety measure in accordance with mountains safety, Pandemic safety are taken. We keep our trek group size to a healthy number based on the trek destination. You will be led by mountaineering instructors and not by trek leaders like others do.
